Tips for Healthy eyes


Your eyes are an important part of your health. Have your eyes tested regularly. D&A eye tests are extremely thorough and can pick up eye conditions and other health problems. Exercise is also essential for having bright eyes.

Take cold milk in one bowl and cold water in another. Take two clean gausses. Dip one in milk and another in water. Then apply theses gausses alternatively over your eye lids and areas around the eyes. Continue with both eyes .this should be continued for not less than 10 minutes. 

Do keep thin cucumber slices over your eyes. You can also go for gauss dipped in chilled cucumber juice.Try to sleep eight hours a day. After eight hours sleep when you get up wash you face with cool water. Do sprinkle cool water to your eyes for 10 minutes.

Drink carrot, cucumber juice with one teaspoon of honey. Give a good healthy eyes...Drink lemon juice once in a day.

Give your eyes a rest. If you spend a lot of time at the computer or focusing on any one thing, you sometimes forget to blink and your eyes can get fatigued. Try the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look away about 20 feet in front of you for 20 seconds. This can help reduce eyestrain.
